Deron Lewis, PT, graduated from The University of Michigan with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. He completed his undergraduate work at Central Michigan University and Grand Valley State University. He got his start in acute care at St. Mary's Medical Center before he joined the Sport & Spine team in 1994.
He has continued his education by completing courses in Mysofascial Release I, II, and III, Strain/ Counterstrain, basic Craniosacral Therapy and other manual therapies.
Deron transferred to the Sport & Spine, Bridgeport location when it opened in 2002. Since that time, Bridgeport has flourished by adding new staff, new equipment and continues to stay on top of the latest therapy to assist in your recovery.
Lori Unruh, DPT graduated from Central Michigan University in 2002 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Fitness Rehabilitation and Health Promotion. In 2005, she graduated from Central Michigan University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association.
Lori has been practicing in the Mid-Michigan area for over 5 years. She has served as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students. Professional interests include orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, industrial rehabilitation, and geriatric care.
Lori and her husband reside in Midland. Her personal interests include running, physical fitness, cooking, gardening, and playing with her dog.

Mike Kennedy, PT is a Physical Therapist and the Clinical Director at Sport and Spine Davenport. He also serves as the coordinator for the Sports Medicine Program. He has worked at Sport and Spine for 13 years. During this time, he has worked as both a physical therapist and an athletic trainer.
He received a Bachelors Degree in Sports Medicine in 1995, and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. Both degrees were completed at Central Michigan University.
He has been both a clinical instructor and an adjunct faculty member for the Saginaw Valley State University Sports Medicine Program. Mike’s continuing education has focused on knee, shoulder and manual therapy. His hobbies include biking, reading and spending time with his family.
David Goldenbogen, DPT, MA graduated from Central Michigan University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. David also received a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Bachelors degrees in Biology and Health Fitness Rehabilitation and Health Promotion.
He is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association. Teaching experience includes Anatomy, Physiology, ECG interpretation and Basics of Health Fitness as a graduate assistant at CMU and adjunct professor at Saginaw Valley State University.
His professional interests are in outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy and sports medicine. Personal interests include hockey, sailing, tennis, golf and outdoor activities. |
